No Fee to Participate!
To celebrate our inaugural exhibition on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, The Art of Healers is waiving all participation fees.
If your photograph or artwork is selected for the upcoming South Coast KZN Exhibition, there is no payment due — your work will be printed and displayed at no cost to you.
Submit up to 5 works for consideration. Register today and be part of this landmark event.
Limited to the first exhibition only.
Standard fees apply to future exhibitions.
ART OF HEALERS EXHIBITION GUIDELINES, RULES, AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Submission Details:
- Submission of photos or artworks for the contest is free.
- Each photographer or artist can participate with up to 5 files.
- All photographers and artists, amateurs, and professionals, who are healthcare workers (HCWs), are eligible to participate in the contest.
Exhibition Opportunities:
- In every exhibition, there will be over 36 printed photos or artworks exhibited.
- The artists chosen to participate in the exhibition and be presented on The Art of Healers' website will pay a small fee if their work is selected. The fee can be paid online via debit or credit cards.
Participation Fees:
- The fee for selected artists and photographers to participate in the exhibition is R500 per work.
- Payments can be made conveniently through debit or credit cards on the website.
- No charges apply to artists whose work is not chosen for the exhibition.
Printed Photographs and Artworks:
- The prints exhibited at the gallery will be printed by Medimage Studios for The Art of Healers.
Exhibition Duration and Services:
- Exhibitions typically run for at least one week at each venue.
- The Art of Healers provides all necessary services for the realization of the exhibition without any additional charge.
RULES & TERMS:
- Exhibition Rights: The Art of Healers reserves the right to exhibit and display selected works at various venues and on its website.
- Sales and Transactions: Works may be available for sale through The Art of Healers' website. A 10% commission will be deducted from the artist's sales.
- Promotion and Publicity: Entrants allow The Art of Healers to use their submitted works for promotional purposes.
- Data Privacy: Personal data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through negotiation.
- Accessibility: The Art of Healers ensures accessibility to all individuals.
- Code of Conduct: Entrants must adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect and professionalism.
- Ownership: The copyright of the works remains with the creators. The Art of Healers does not own the rights to the works.
- Indemnification: Entrants indemnify The Art of Healers against any financial obligations resulting from breaching the agreement.
- Usage Rights: The Art of Healers may use submitted works for promotional and advertising purposes.
- Delivery: Prints used in the exhibition will be couriered to the artists at no extra charge.
- Technical Specifications: Digital submissions should be in RGB JPG format with a maximum file size of 5Mb.
