Contestants in The Art of Healers can unleash their creativity by submitting up to five original photographs or photographs of artworks completely free of charge. The selection process, carried out by independent judges, ensures that only the most compelling works make it to the exhibition. For those whose art is chosen, there is a nominal participation fee of R1000 per photograph to cover exhibition costs. This fair and inclusive approach encourages artists and photographers from the healthcare community to freely express themselves while maintaining the quality and integrity of our exhibitions.

• Each exhibition proudly showcases over 40 printed photographs and photographs of artworks.
• The exhibition will be thoughtfully curated by non-healthcare artists and photographers to present the works in the most engaging manner.
• The printed exhibition will include a QR code alongside each artwork, allowing visitors to conveniently purchase prints online.

4. Participation Fees:

• For artists and photographers selected to participate and have their work presented during the exhibition:
• Printed Photo Display: A fee of R1000 per photograph will be applied. This fee can be conveniently settled on our website.
• Hassle-Free Payment: Payments are accepted through debit or credit cards.
• No Charges for Unselected Works: It's important to note that artists whose work is not chosen for the exhibition will not incur any charges.

5. Printed Photographs and Artworks:

• All photographs and photographs of artworks that are chosen for gallery exhibitions will be expertly printed by Medimage Studio, our trusted partner.
• At the conclusion of the exhibition, the printed photograph or artwork will be couriered to the owner as part of the participation fee.

6. Exhibition Duration and Services:

• Our exhibitions typically run for a duration of two weeks, during which the selected works enjoy prominent display.
• Exhibition Locations: Exhibitions take place at two local hospitals and, whenever possible, at additional venues secured by The Art of Healers.
• Comprehensive Exhibition Package: The Art of Healers provides a comprehensive package to bring each exhibition to life. This includes:
• Printing of photographs and photographs of artworks on high-quality paper or canvas by Medimage Studio.
• Careful curation to create a visually captivating and cohesive display.
• Arrangements for press releases and invitations to ensure a successful event.
• A grand opening night celebration to highlight the healing power of art and pay tribute to the contributions of healthcare workers.
